These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the Estrelancestral - Unipessoal Ltd, with VAT number 510 843 808, in Rua Maria Matos 28 , 2820-502 - Charneca de Caparica, hereafter "Chave Digital" and, on the other side individuals or companies who wish to purchase products through the website www.chavedigital.pt, called "users".
The purchase of goods or use the online store will be held in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein. Upon completion of your registration or perform other actions on this portal, is automatically linked to them.

After the user finalizes the order, it will be checked by our team.
The order is processed and sent after payment is made within a maximum period of 24 hours, except in situations where we are unrelated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed.
After verifying and confirming the payment made, our team will proceed to send the software licenses within the aforementioned period, unless is out of stock, and the customer will be contacted if that is the situation.
When placing your order, you should be aware that the sending of the respective digital licenses is made to the email address you registered in your account, and you must have it duly updated.
Granting Rights to Use License Keys
The License Key provided gives the User the right to use the software or content evident from the respective product description, to the extent described therein.
The granting of rights only becomes effective after the User has made full payment for the order he has placed.

Chavedigital.pt recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return products purchased under 14 Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February within 14 days , safeguarding that those licenses should not have been used or activated.
All licenses and respective codes that have been activated are not eligible for return.
In these cases, chavedigital.pt reserves the right to reject the contractual termination right under Article 17, paragraph l) ("Provision of digital content not provided on a material support.")
4. Terms Payments
The prices shown in chavedigital.pt, without exception, are valid for the date when the customer sees the proceeds will and their order, even if the shipping or payment is made at a later date.
The prices shown in chavedigital.pt include VAT at the rate prevailing legal.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
In chavedigital.pt can pay your order by:
ATM - By selecting this method in the process of your order, you will receive the data needed to settle the same through Internet banking from your bank or in an ATM near you.
Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard ...) - By selecting this method you will be able to pay for your order using your credit or debit card in a secure manner.

Prevent unauthorized use of the mark, since it constitutes registered trademark (INPI) and other industrial property rights.
After you finalize your order and make payment, invoice will be sent and its receipt to the email address you entered when registering your account.
If the client is outside of Portugal, the company informs the outset that in the event of legal proceedings, it must be opened only in the Portuguese courts.
