Orders Policy

 

On this page you will find detailed information about our Shipping Policy, explaining and applying the terms throughout the process. We recommend reading it, that way you will be informed about the whole process. By placing and finalizing your order, you agree to the entire process and terms.

 

Order Processing

 

After the user finalizes the order, it will be checked by our team.

 

The order is processed and sent after payment is made within a maximum period of 24 hours, except in situations where we are unrelated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed.

 

Order Shipping

 

After verifying and confirming the payment made, our team will proceed to send the software licenses within the aforementioned period, unless is out of stock, and the customer will be contacted if that is the situation.

 

Package delivery

 

When placing your order, you should be aware that the sending of the respective digital licenses is made to the email address you registered in your account, and you must have it duly updated.

  

Granting Rights to Use License Keys

  

The License Key provided gives the User the right to use the software or content evident from the respective product description, to the extent described therein.

  

The granting of rights only becomes effective after the User has made full payment for the order he has placed.

 

Satisfaction / Return Policy

 

If the user finds any type of anomaly or error related to the licenses he received, he should contact us and report the situation as soon as possible, using this contact form.

 

Chavedigital.pt recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return products purchased under 14 Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February within 14 days , safeguarding that those licenses should not have been sended or activated.

 

All licenses and respective codes that have been sended or activated are not eligible for return.

 

In these cases, chavedigital.pt reserves the right to reject the contractual termination right under Article 17, paragraph l) ("Provision of digital content not provided on a material support.")
